I supervise the stages of product production and development, support the team at every stage, solve problems, prioritize needs, collaborate with stakeholders, gather requirements, design solutions, test the product, and deploy functionalities to the production phase. I am working on a product that is based on integration with the Allegro marketplace, BaseLinker system, and courier systems.

As an E-commerce Manager, I managed a team of 25 people, provided substantive support to the team, and optimized order processing processes. I was also responsible for recruiting and training employees, setting goals and priorities for the team. Additionally, I managed the store on Allegro, integrated order processing systems, created quality standards, and built a product offering in line with Allegro marketplace rules.
